This website created by Wieni serves as Broeklin’s first digital presence. An MVP designed to introduce the project to future tenants, partners, and the general public. It presents Broeklin’s vision, scale, and ambitions through impactful storytelling, clear structure, and large visuals that capture the essence of the architectural concept. As an evolving platform, it’s built to grow alongside the project itself.

Who is Broeklin Brussels?

Broeklin Brussels is an ambitious urban development project in the north of Brussels that redefines the way we live, shop, and work. Spanning over 12.5 hectares and offering more than 150,000 m² of leasable space, Broeklin blends Belgium’s largest retail and leisure offering with inspiring workspaces and circular architecture. It’s a blueprint for sustainable, mixed-use urban hubs of tomorrow. Built around principles of transparency, energy efficiency, and local food production.

How did Wieni help?

Wieni partnered closely with the Broeklin team to design, develop, and launch the website within a remarkably short timeframe. Our focus was on speed, flexibility, and scalability whilst creating a strong foundation that could expand as the project matures.

We implemented DatoCMS as a headless content platform, enabling the client to easily manage content and future updates without technical complexity. The site was built with performance, accessibility, and SEO in mind, ensuring a smooth experience across devices and audiences.
