Growth Operations

Full name: Ise Corneillie / Home office: Brakel / At Wieni since 2025

What do you do at Wieni?

I work in Growth Operations, where my main focus is keeping processes structured, organised, and running smoothly across different teams and opportunities.

A big part of my role is coordinating workflows, aligning people, and making sure everything moves forward efficiently. I enjoy connecting the dots between different stakeholders and helping turn a lot of separate inputs into one clear and manageable process.

Alongside that, I also support Craftzing internally by improving templates, streamlining workflows, and helping teams work in a more efficient way. I’m especially interested in finding opportunities for automation and reducing repetitive manual work wherever possible.

What I enjoy most is the variety: combining operational thinking, structure, and collaboration with a more creative side.

I like roles where there’s a mix of structure, creativity, and variety.

What did you do before Wieni?

This is actually my first professional experience. I studied Graphic and Digital Media first, which gave me a more creative background, and later completed a master’s degree in Communication Sciences.

That combination feels very recognizable in my current role. There’s both a creative side and a more organisational or strategic side, which is exactly what I was looking for.

When I first discovered Wieni (and Craftzing), the company immediately felt warm and approachable. It didn’t feel overly corporate, which made it stand out to me.

Why Wieni?

What I really like is that Wieni still feels like a small and close-knit team, especially within the larger Craftzing group.

People genuinely know each other, and there’s a very approachable atmosphere. During team events or teambuildings, you’ll probably end up talking to almost everyone. That makes the threshold to ask questions or share ideas much lower.

I also think it’s nice that Wieni has managed to keep its own identity and culture within Craftzing.

Even within a bigger group, Wieni still feels very personal and approachable.

What kind of work excites you the most?

Variety is probably the biggest thing for me. I like combining different types of work throughout the week instead of doing the exact same thing for days in a row.

A mix of creative tasks, operational thinking, and improving processes keeps things interesting. On quieter days, I often work on templates, reference cases, or proposal improvements.

Which tools can’t you live without?

Honestly, probably Microsoft Word. I know it’s a tool people love to complain about, but I actually really enjoy working with it. There aren’t many secrets left in Word for me anymore.

I also regularly work with tools like Figma, Keynote, and PowerPoint, depending on the task.

Who is Ise outside of Wieni?

Outside of work, I really enjoy creative hobbies. Things like Paint by Number and Diamond Painting are perfect ways for me to relax.

I also love reading, especially spending a sunny afternoon outside with a book and a glass of rosé.

Besides that, I try to stay active and go running from time to time. With a job where you spend a lot of time sitting behind a screen, it feels important to get outside regularly.

I currently live in the Flemish Ardennes, so nature is never very far away.

What do you want to learn in the next 12 months?

I’d like to take more ownership and continue improving internal processes, especially around automation and efficiency.

The CV workload in particular can become quite repetitive, so I’m interested in finding smarter ways to structure and automate that work.

A lot of questions from different BU leads also tend to overlap, so I’d like to improve how we turn those recurring requests into clearer and more scalable processes.

Who would you love to collaborate with, whether fictional, famous, or real?

Taylor Swift. I recently watched a documentary showing the behind the scenes of the Eras Tour, and it really fascinated me. Seeing how such a massive production and logistical operation comes together behind the curtains made me very curious about how everything is organised and coordinated at that scale.
