What is a Wieni retreat?
Wieni Retreats are multiday events that are organised twice every year.
Each year, Wieni organizes a company retreat that brings the entire team together outside of the usual work context. These retreats are designed as a deliberate mix of workshops, knowledge sharing sessions, and informal social activities.
The format typically balances structured and unstructured moments. During the day, the focus is on workshops and sessions where colleagues share insights, explore new ideas, or challenge our existing ways of working.
Over the years, Wieni retreats have taken place in a variety of locations, each contributing its own atmosphere and context. Previous editions include Charbonnières, Ostend, Berlin, Ljubljana, Antwerp, Malmedy, London, Marrakesh, Paris, and Efteling. The diversity in destinations is intentional, as each setting influences the rhythm and character of the retreat.
